Returns & Exchanges

At MARIA TASH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fine jewelry purchases. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items, provided they remain in their original tamper-evident packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original MARIA TASH box and ensure the security seal is intact; items with broken seals are ineligible for return.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
